Instant & Same Day Delivery Policy


At DrivePrime Auto Parts, we understand that when you need a part, you need it fast. That’s why we offer Instant & Same Day Delivery within our service areas to get your order to you without delay.

1. Eligibility for Same Day Delivery

  • Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM for same-day delivery.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.

  • Same-day delivery is available Monday to Saturday 

2. Instant Delivery (Within Hours)

  • For customers within a 10km radius of our store, we offer instant delivery within 30 Minutes–3 hours of order confirmation.

  • Instant delivery is subject to stock availability and rider/driver availability.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery fees apply based on distance and size of the order.

  • Selected products and orders above ₵2,500 within Accra may qualify for free same-day delivery.

4. Coverage Area

  • Instant and same-day delivery currently covers Accra, Tema, and selected surrounding towns.

  • For orders outside these areas, delivery timelines will be communicated before confirmation.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after full payment or confirmation of payment via cash-on-delivery (COD) where applicable.

  • You will receive a call or SMS confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch.

6. Exceptions

  • Adverse weather conditions, traffic delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

  • In rare cases of high demand or stock unavailability, delivery may be rescheduled to the next day.
