Return & Exchange Policy 

At DrivePrime Auto Parts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Electrical parts, oils, fluids, and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be exchanged for the correct size, type, or a similar product of equal value.

  • If the replacement product is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded through the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
